Your Admission Checklist
Choosing the right school is a big decision—and staying on top of the admission process is essential. This easy-to-follow checklist walks you through each step, helping you stay informed and prepared from the moment you start your application to the day you receive your acceptance. Whether it’s pre-K, elementary, middle, or high school, this guide keeps you on track and ready for what’s next.
Attend the school tour and orientation to learn about the school.
Complete and submit the application along with these documents:
- Birth Certificate (BC)
- Immunization Record
- Health Certificate
Book the assessment test by emailing: admissions@idbrillmont.com
Pay the $50 fee for the assessment test.
Provide copies of academic records and a Recommendation Letter from the Principal or Head of School from your previous school.
The student will participate in an interview.
Parents will also attend an interview to discuss expectations.
Provide recommendation letters from a Pastor, Priest, or Counselor.
Wait for the Admission Team to send a letter of Acceptance or Denial.
Upon acceptance, pay the registration and curriculum fees:
- Choose elective classes
- Sign the Student Handbook Agreement
- Sign the Athletic Players Handbook (if applicable)
Middle School and High School students must attend a mandatory orientation.
Parents are required to attend the parent orientation.
