The story of Institut De BrillMont is a story of faith, perseverance, and a belief that every child deserves the opportunity to dream beyond their circumstances. More than twenty years ago, founder Christyn Dolotina-Cal began with just four students in a small educational setting. What started as Brilliant Child Christian Academy grew into Brilliant International Academy, then expanded into BrilliantMont International School, serving students from Preschool through High School across two campuses in Las Vegas.

Today, that vision continues with the launch of Institut De BrillMont, an elite college-preparatory and boarding school designed to develop future leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and servant-hearted scholars.

As a high school student growing up in a rural area of the Philippines, Christyn dreamed of educational opportunities that seemed far beyond reach. Through determination, hard work, and scholarships, she pursued her education and eventually arrived in the United States—the land of opportunity. Those experiences shaped her belief that education can transform lives and open doors that once seemed impossible.

Since her youth, she has been fascinated by the great boarding schools of Europe, particularly Institut Le Rosey. She admired how students from diverse backgrounds were immersed in a culture of excellence, leadership, global awareness, and high expectations. She was inspired by the idea that when young people learn alongside peers who share a commitment to growth, character, and achievement, they are empowered to become leaders in their communities and beyond.

That inspiration helped shape the vision for Institut De BrillMont. At Institut De BrillMont, we are redefining private education through an elite, highly personalized learning experience rooted in academic excellence, leadership development, character formation, and Christian values.
